You collect Chipper piece by piece (or by team>division>league in this case). If you are saving all your stubbs to do it at once, you're going to be miserable doing it.
With all the free rewards that you can get from Microsoft coupled with simply banking my monthly gamestop PUR by buying $5 MS gift cards, I can see why it really inflates the market. (I expect to have enough for a series S to travel with in around a year)
That said, maybe you have some cards to sell that allow you to take advantage of this? Maybe a bunch of HRD packs dropping Monday night could cause a small/medium crash?
