Opponent's PCI feedback

People have been saying that you can view where your opponent's PCI was after the pitch by looking at the feedback box.
But what does it mean if there PCI stays on the bottom?

They thought you were pitching low in the zone or they just suck all together. LOL. If they using directional, it doesn't show PCI feed back (I think).

The sick part is, you throw to the top part of the and it shows their PCI in the dirt, ball no where near the outer halo and they foul it off. That makes no sense.
