It can’t be this big against a pitcher with 115 H/9 on Legend…

Seems right.hitting /pitching is opposite.
Rookie for you pitching= legend pci for cpu hitters, on vet they have HoF pci, AS should be same for you and them, HoF they have Vet pci, and legend theyd have rookie pci. -

You just can't get the CPU out sometimes. I always figured it's the RNG fighting me. You can throw a fast ball right down the pipe and they seem to still foul it off. Just hit those dudes and move on to the next one (unless the moment calls for not allowing a runner)
