Player Replacement Glitch

Anyone else ever experience this?

During quick manage and during the playoffs (at least for me, that’s the only time I’ve seen it), should one of your players get injured mid-game, you’ll get a prompt at the end of the game detailing the injury and asking you if you want to replace that player on the roster. If you select “replace player” the game crashes. You can still check your inbox and change songs, but you can’t select anything or back out, altogether losing any progress you’ve made if you haven’t saved recently. Anyone else see this?
