FREEZE GLITCHING (NOT PATCHED)

I was playing an online diamond dynasty game and hit a homerun with Billy (The Goat) Hamilton off of deGrom and the dude right away sent it to replay and paused the game during the replay and unpaused it. Threw the next pitch and the game was frozen and messaged me saying that he is not leaving. Why do people do this and not get punished... The game was 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth inning. I have kept my Xbox on for over 16 hours and the game is still frozen. I thought all of this freeze glitching was patched, but I guess not. Does anyone know the best place to get in contact with someone from SD Studios?

Best thing to do is file a bug ticket on this website and not explain in detail how to start a new freeze glitch to all the scrubs on this website.

I have made a couple of tickets actually and haven't heard anything. So I am supposed to just hope that they end up doing something to the people who are getting away with free wins and ruining the game for everyone else because they want to cheat? Everything will just go right under the rug.

The key is to get a popular steamer to post a video about how the glitch works. That seems to get SDS moving.
