Can Someone Please Verify HOF level for DDRS

For some reason, I feel like whenever I'm rated in upper 650-699, it feels like HOF pitching, and not AS.

I'm currently over 700 threshold, at 723. If my opponent is rated at 699 or under, then it will be on AS, not HOF, right?

In other words, BOTH teams have to be 700+ in order for it to be on HOF, is that correct?

No, this year it's highest, so if you or your opponent is over 700, it's hof

No, the higher ranked player is what the game is being played on. If you are 723 and your opponent is 680 the game is on hall of fame.

So it wasn't my imagination that the game felt like HOF when I was in upper 600's (because my opponent was obviously ranked 700+). LOL
