XP bonuses?

Does RTTS give you XP bonuses for completing certain task? I have noticed some games I get like 5000+ XP and I did nothing special. Maybe it's after I reach a path on the program but not the archetype perk @ the end? Like do you get XP for winning the cy young, making the all- star game etc etc
