Lag online is abysmal

First year x box player. I’m enjoying offline a lot. Online, not so much. Almost every game is choppy or laggy and it makes hitting consistently impossible. Like the ball coming in on the screen glitches it’s so choppy. Is this a SDS garbage server issue? Me issue? Any fixes? My internet seems to work just fine on any other game.

PS my buddy feels the same way. His first year also. But he loves the market place and conquest.
