SDS, you guys are completely off on Bellinger and Semien.

Bellinger should not have been adjusted and Semien doesn't deserve diamond. You guys should seriously go back to pre-2020 roster updates where it takes a decent length of time for anybody to get any kind of boost.
I'll touch on Trevor Story too (I'm gonna invest so hard). On 10-Day IL, last 15 days has an OPS of 871, doesn't deserve to be downgraded.
Seriously, what is the content crew doing with these roster updates? Its like you no longer care to accurately rate a player.

My bigger concern is the amount of live series diamonds coming in. Theres like 10 new diamonds this week. That blue shield is getting pretty diluted. I hope we don’t start seeing new value tiers added like in 2K.

Then they shouldnt downgrade Yelich so drastically either, by your specifications. Bellinger has around 50 less ABs, over 25ish less games than Yelich over the past 2 seasons.

Then they shouldnt downgrade Yelich so drastically either, by your specifications. Bellinger has around 50 less ABs, over 25ish less games than Yelich over the past 2 seasons.
Another case like Trevor where his last 15 have been pretty good.

Injuries have always played a very weird role in downgrades. I don’t remember all of them obviously but Josh Donaldson got hurt after his MVP season and went down to gold almost immediately after returning. It seems accurate not, but it was extremely fast when it happened.
The only thing that really makes sense to me is the computer handles the attributes all the time. Once any 2-4 month period with 0 games shows up, an older 2-4 month period with extremely high end numbers goes missing and they are adjusted even if it doesn’t make sense.

I agree. They are being way to reactive if they are trying to be accurate. Baseball is all about sample size but I guess 1-2 weeks is a much bigger weight than it was in previous years.
