I didn't rip anyone off, but I can read the giant letters on the card. I got Franco when he dropped, locked him in for Mo. I went ahead and did the moments to get the stubs, but now I have two no sell versions of his 91. That's life. If I waited I could have saved stubs. I'm not crying about it on a forum.

I did the moments and got him, but this was dirty by SDS. No way you should be able to sell him AS A 99 if he isn't going to remain a 99. I do not blame those that have sold him as a 99, this is on SDS. He should show as a 91 on the market (or whatever he was). For those who buy him, this could be the dirtiest thing SDS has ever done, intentional or not. They need to keep him as a 99 now.
So Its SDS fault that people are buying him despite both him being available in moments and him only being 99 for a week are on the home screen and the first thing you see when logging in?
It is not clear what will happen. A casual player is not going to research a 99 they see on the market. Everyone does not read Twitter. When I first seen it I thought it meant the Moments would only be there until the 29th. Thats how many people are reading it OBVIOUSLY. No one is intentionally buying a card that is going to lose skills in a week. I realize you do not care about anyone but yourself, but surely you see the problem here. .
There is a giant gold badge on the front of the card that tells you exactly when it expires. If you put a card in your lineup, or buy it off the market, but don't bother to read the giant gold badge on the card, that's on you bud.
No it isn't. This has never happened before. The ability to sell him while he is temporarily a 99 is not right and is on SDS. You tell me when this has ever happened before. You could not buy Tatis as a 99 last year.
You absolutely could "buy" him last year, in the form of exchanges. Last year the forums was full of "I just did x amount of exchanges for him, no one told me" blah blah blah.
And yes it is. Look at the card dude, right on the card art it says "limited time ENDS june 29". Ends is in all caps and the largest font on the card.
Maybe next time they call personally call you and let you know.
You remind me of my students that don't read the directions in giant bold letters on their tests, then blame me.
I see it. Not everyone reads the tiny letters on a tiny card. Enjoy your stubs, but they were earned at the expense of a fellow player. Does that make you feel good inside?
I'll take poor assumptions for 1,000 Alex.
As stated above, I already had the card locked in. I didn't get stubs, but I can still read

That is not quite as bad as paying 100,000 stubs for a fake card. Sure they should have looked into it more, but surely you realize it was an honest mistake on their part too. One that should never have been set up that way. On the market he could have been listed as his normal 91, but instead he is SECOND on the top OVR players in the game. That is called deception. Its like selling a car that will break down in a week and blaming the buyer because they didn't inspect the transmission. While true, it is deception.

lol i quick bought him for 90k. i couldn't find the moment, and i refuse to play moments if i can. i didn't feel like going into a bidding war so i bought him for 90k, don't feel sorry for me.
-
Why are you even arguing with me. My remedy is he remains a 99.
-
If you do the moments do you get the card even if you don’t have him? And do you get to keep the card even if it’s 91 after June 29th?

I would prefer that he can't be sold as a 99. That is totally not fair to anyone, and there are many, that did not realize he would drop to a 91. I didnt even buy him myself, but I see how someone could make this mistake because he is listed on the market as a 99.

Remarkable. The game gives you a free 91 prospect card that's needed for collections, and was limited in supply. They then boost his attributes to celebrate the fact that he's been the #1 prospect in baseball for the past two years. And they give him away for free by doing 5 super easy moments.
And here comes you, complaining about it.

Obviously, that is not what I am complaining about. I am standing up for those who are not here in this discussion because you cheats love that you ripped people off. Read back through this thread and look. Everyone knew they were ripping someone off. Way to go community. And now you defend SDS for allowing him on the market as a 99. You are pathetic.

While your pretend "no, not me, I didn't get fooled, I'm here for that other guy" white knight attempt is faux admirable, your reading comprehension and retention is absolutely terrible.

Correct. You can't sell the 91, but he's yours for the year. Lock him in for collections if you'd like, enjoy him. He's a fun card, even the 91 is very usable.
