Anyone know why play with friends would not work?

Everytime I try to get a game going in Play with Friends the invite comes in with an exclamation point and when accepted it always fails. Does anyone know what is going on with that?

It was happening to me last night too.

Seems to be a bit buggy. I usually get it on the 4th or 5th try, which is annoying, but if you keep sending a challenge to your buddy it should work.
