Stadium creator not on next gen xbox

I play on Xbox series x and I get all the podcasts as videos when I play road to the show and those are next gen exclusive as videos. For some reason stadium creator isn’t showing up as an option in the create tab and I don’t know why. Can someone please tell me

You are probably playing the current gen game on the next gen console.
You must play the next gen version of the game on the next gen console to get stadium creator.
