How do you counter the super slow-mo catcher animation on a bunt?

I don't think I can take one more of these....
Tur.d burglars I play will bunt with a 99 speed player and it will be right in front of home plate. Every single time it auto selects me as the catcher and I [censored] you not it's the slowest animation I have ever seen in any game. He's always safe at 1st the the runner on third will score.
- How can I counter this on defense?
2, How the hell is he dropping a bunt down so softly like that? Mine are either mediocre to average drag bunts or bunts that send the ball 40-60 feet into play.

What is your catchers reaction rating? That effects how quickly they react and get to the ball, But then again I had catchers with pretty decent numbers reaction wise perform just as you're explaining.

That was the one thing last year’s game had going; blocking attribute mattered and the C got out of its crouch fast
