Created stadium please help

Has anyone had trouble playing with their created stadium? I create the [censored] thing, then save it to the vault. I get a notification saying save complete but then when I go to play vs cpu and select the park it says that it isn't saved to the vault.
I've saved it to the vault numerous times and it always says it was saved successfully, but never let's me play there. What am I doing wrong?

#1 Save changes (then exit)
#2 Go back to stadium (load to vault when asked)
#3 Proceed to exit
#4 Give it 3 minutes and it should work -
