Perks for SS Cap question....

I’m setting up my perks for my SS Cap and I wanted some opinions. What would be better, 99 Fielding with 91 Reaction or 94 Fielding with 96 Reaction? I’m kind of thinking the higher reaction would be better, but wanted to hear what other people thought.

I personally would rather go with the 94/96 over the 99/91.
