Because his fielding rating isn't a 90 or higher....

It takes into account all the Fielding attributes like reaction and arm strength and arm accuracy but the badge on the field is for the Fielding attribute only.

It never makes sense to me. guys will have high fielding ratings with slow speed and bad arm strength which to me would be the most important
