Game Summary not found, team invalid

I've logged multiple tickets and received no response.
I continually get an issue where (online and offline games), I'll complete the game, be rewarded the XP for the game. But then "Game summary not found etc", and it doesn't register anything. Then when I try go into another game, it says lineup invalid, need 5 pitchers, or need 10 bench bats - Despite my lineup being full, nothing's changed since my last game.

When i go to customize team - All my information is gone, just shows blank. Only solution I can do is close the app and restart, but i've lost any progress i've made in that game or anything.

Can anyone help? I don't have my CAP in any of my lineups. I haven't been able to identify a single cause, just randomly happens after games

Okay so it appears as though it changes my account. I have 2 accounts on my PS and it switches over to the other one somehow. So when i go to do anything, it's saying no you don't have any teams or players. My PSN stays logged into my main account, but my secondary is what shows and tracks. I have to close app, it's painful. Anyone got any suggestions? Looks like it might be an issue with PS remote play - I use it to stream
