How do you put a logo on your uniform

I dl one but cannot figure out how to put it on.

When you are making the uniforms there will be an option to add logos. Click there then press start. It will then allow you to load logos. You have to download and save the logos you want from the vault. You cant put then on your uniform if they aren't saved in your files.
