What is the blue meter around the Pitch buttons?

When you're pitching and the A/B/X/Y or whatever is on the screen, there is a little blue meter around that. What is that for?

It’s confidence and accuracy in that pitch at the time.
For example I use pulse and if the meter is lower then the pitch isn’t as accurate and can be easier hit
