A Look at Redoing CPU pitcher AI

The frequency in which CPU pitchers throw their 4th or 5th pitch....sometimes 4 or 5 times in a row....especially if its a change up.....is something i believe needs to be looked at.
If a pitcher is supposed to be skilled less in their 3rd, 4th, and 5th pitches....they either need to be penalized for throwing them, or their tendencies need to be reevaluated.
Its difficult having an approach at the plate when pitchers arent constrained by their supposed pitch tendencies or natural drop off in skill as they get to their 4th and 5th pitches.
Specifically, it seems like every pitcher throws a high level "change up" - No matter how low on their list of pitches it is. They also seem to throw that pitch far too often.....at least on Hall of Fame Difficulty in Conquest.

I've noticed this as well. CPU pitchers mix pitches too much in a way that isn't realistic and doesn't resemble actual sequencing.
