CAP in Diamond Dynasty

I have made all sorts of changes to my CAP and hit the button to activate him so I can have my updated player in my DD lineup. I have made attribute upgrades as well as changing the physical attributes, and name, of my CAP. Does anyone have ideas as to why this isn't changing in my Diamond Dynasty?

What do you mean by attribute updates? If you are referring to equipment, you don't see the stats on the card until you get in a game

Whenever I make changes to my CAP, I always change the name so that I know for a fact that the changes are there.
