Has anyone turned off cross play?

I have 3 ranked disconnects all vs Xbox players. Would it make sense turning off cross play? It’s bizarre as I was winning all 3 and it happens right in the middle of a play.

I got to 800 and turned it off. Played guys ranked 955 and 970 back to back and turned it back on.

I was having awful experiences on cross play, switched it off and it has been significantly better.
On my cross play games the contract results made no sense, lots of homers outside of PCI, balls that were perfectly in PCI soft flies, and while no cross play it was a different game. I'm PS4 for reference. Since shutting it off gameplay had been fantastic in the 6-7 RS games I've played.

Have any XBOX players tried turning off cross play? Seems like a good way to make WS.
