Player ratings going one point below base level?

I noticed today most of my players now have a below base level rating drop even though theyve progressed past certain parallel levels. For instance, Aaron Judge is at level 90 instead of a 93. I tried searching to see if this is a feature or glitch but I cant find anything.

If they're live series they can go up or down daily.

Yeah live series cards can play up or play down each day depending on waht team or pitcher they're playing and their career stats against that team or pitcher

But that makes no sense, shouldn't the parallel xp off set it? I thought the ratings level only changed every two weeks. [censored], most of my Yankees players are declined.

That's just for the day. Could go back up tomorrow, or stay low or go back to the base level. All depends on the matchup for the day.
