I ain't mad at it but I figured our 3rd Pedro would've been like an Inning boss Sig. series 99 or something like that. That being said no complaints from ya boy ill take em!!
Will get a 99 Prime or Awards Red Sox 4 sure later on.
Yessir i hope so.

I love that they are giving the big name guys a mid 90s card before their big card I really think that gives this game more legs and time and we aren't waiting on the big name guys to get a usable card. I could see the 3rd inning having 2 big names to go along with the legend for a 95-96 card

Pedro is this year's Smoltz. Just need the 99 and a Veteran Fat Pedro with the Phillies...
-
If they ever do a pitcher for the real Big Collection, Pedro would be the one that would make sense this year. Most likely a hitter still , but we can dream. They could max the pitching stats and still wouldn't do Pedro justice in his prime.

I like the 42 Pedro as well, but the AI feasts on his Slider if you're lazy with it.
He was a great Met for that short time.
I hope Longoria gets some kind of card for his recent exploits.
His Awards card last year was $ for me. -

His Awards card last year was $ for me.I only used it in conquest, but his rookie card seemed to be offensively inclined. I never used his awards card last season, but I heard it played above the attributes also.

Off topic really, but give me a second half CC Sabathia - Brewers version. Dude was pure lights out in that half for the Brewer's run for the Playoffs. 11-2/1.65 ERA/128K after he was traded to the Brewers in the 2nd half of 2008.

A legend in the state, just for that 1 half season and playoffs. He did everything a fan could ask of him.
My contention is that he would receive a bigger ovation than Ben Sheets in Milwaukee. That "You snooze you lose" comment from Sheets when they were trying to extend him, soured some of the fanbase.

And automatically takes over the room with his Aura alone...
(Actually had the chance to see him during a live ESPN interview in a small auditorium in DC and I'll honestly say I've never been so star struck in my entire life)
