Play at home 10 pack unavailable

Anybody else seeing this. It says unavailable because I already own this product. I don’t own it, I’ve only redeemed the thanks for playing bundle back when the first roster updates were done for I’m assuming the opening week issues with the game but certainly haven’t redeemed any other bundles.

Check where you purchase stubs in mlb the show 21 it should be there at the bottom. It did the same thing to me.

As Sam said, that's where you actually open the packs--in the store where you buy stubs.
Kind of stupid but that's how it was for everyone. -

You are looking in the playstation store right? Like you literally have to search MLB the show 21 and scroll though the add ons until you find it

Will be a waste of time sending a ticket to SDS, it’s not their promo. Contact Sony PlayStation if you still can’t find it, I’m sure they’ll tell you exactly where it’s found.

Just to make sure you didn't miss a step, this is how it worked for me:
First step was on the PS game page where you click "play" to start up MLB the show.
On the right of that page is where you "purchase" the bundle (for free).
If you did that you would have got an automated email thanking you for your purchase.Then your purchase is in DD. You go to the shop and then to stubs and your bundle would be sitting in there for you to click on and then open the packs.
