I don't think they're worth it this season.
Yes they added an extra one and if you do all four, you get to 60 pts.
But there are no stubs rewards along the way and everything is non-sellable.
Say you do all 4. That's 300,000 with of Exchange points.
Using 72 Bronzes you need 300 of them to complete all 4; plus a few Commons.
At 25-33 stubs you would spend 7,500 - 9,900 per division.
In Season One you would spend 3-5K for the 3 exchanges and get at least half of that back.
Am I wrong?

You’re forgetting the time factor. I have about 2 hours per day to play and there is no way i could do all the team affinity and everything else. The exchanges save a lot of time and 10,000ish stubs to get 40% through the program is VERY worth it

Time isn't that bad this time around. load your team up with division players and go to town on conquest. That's 30 per division for beating conquest, and I'm estimating another 20 for each for the plate appearances. Throw in the low diamonds and complete their specific missions, all of a sudden, conquest is a must.
