Issues with disappearing cards

I’m starting to get tired of the issues in this game. I’ve had live series Aroldis Chapman on my squad for awhile now and I was viewing the Yankees collection and it said I didn’t have Chapman. I went to my team and took chapman out and tried to put him back in and his card is just gone. Anyone know how to fix this?
