In-Depth idea for collections
-
Right hear me out, Last 2 years we had breakout, rookies, all-star at collect 20-30 on day one for stubs and packs right, But this year its more like collect 3 but with the way all the rewards are working BR/RS/Innings giving us options to pick up flashback golds/silvers alongside dailys featuring evolutions, I see a major trend with the current rewards and program cards
Mcgriff-Sitter-Davis-Mantle-Giambi-Bumgarner- Street = All-Stars thats 6/8 program rewards all star
2nd Inning program.
Silver choice pack - Ken griffy all star plus 3 rookies
Gold choice pack - Young and Hunter all-star plus 1 rookie2nd Inning Boss = Don mattingly all-star
Both diamond 175k pack = 2x Future stars (considering new affinity is FS and Legends)
BR program season 1 = Wagner and Seaver allstar
RS season 1 = Sandberg and Fielder All-star
Now the current All-Star flashbacks and legends set is collect 5 for what i think was 500 stubs.
I could see in 2nd stage affinity them opening up the All-Star collection or shortly afterwards making a total of 40 cards to collect right now is 35 cards available in All-STAR , So instead of tickets towards the summer collection they make the grind more valuable to the players and say we collect 20 we get a 85 diamond all-star then a 90 at 30 and collecting all the All-Stars 94-96 set reward
Like last year 99 trout was a good reward to get but there was a good percentage of people who didnt want trout at that stage of the game but if we got say a 95 overal (bearing in mind parallels can take them to 99's) people would be more inclined to grind the cards and programs out, I just really think with the way sets are only collect 3/5 for the first part of the game it doesnt seem likely we only get ticket rewards again otherwise surely they'd let us collect 20 for like 6k stubs and 5 packs/1 ballin pack like last year.
