Because it gives you Glavine and you'd get the most expensive division out of the way.

Edit: not sure if it's actually the most expensive. But Acuña and DeGrom cost a fair bit.

West gives you a killer bullpen and awesome options all over the field.

I just chose whatever was cheapest. All of them have their strengths. Central gives you arguably the best SS in the game. West gives you some of the best bullpen arms available. And East gives you acuna, John Franco, and glavine. So I’d go with wherever you have holes
