United States of Baseball Map Not Completing

I'm on my fourth play through of the US conquest map. I've gotten all the prospect packs from the strongholds, but I am not being given the map completion reward. I have ALL the strongholds and territories.

I have successfully repeated this map before and the rewards came through, but not this time. What's going on?

Are you missing any tiles, there is one above Seattle that can be hard to see

Ahahaha, there it is! I usually get that one, not sure why I missed it this time Thanks!

That happened to me the second time through. I got all prospect packs and the 10 pack reward but the map didn't complete. I opened all my packs then reset the map. I'm 1/3 of the way through my third run now.

If you ever run into this happening, you can always hit the triangle to bring up the missions, the bottom one gives you a count how many you have/how many needed.
