Rewards missing from pre order still

I have been playing the game since launch and have been trying to reach out to the show support since launch night. What do I have to do to get a response or any sort of help about getting my pre order, digital deluxe, and tech test rewards? I normally would understand a delayed response/help but the game has been out for a month. I really need to cooperation from the devs. They told me to contact PlayStation support but they could not help me. Please just add the rewards to my account. It shouldn’t be that hard. Basically I got the standard edition of the game for spending $100. I really would be happy if someone could reach out and add the rewards to my account, because y’all have taken my money. Thank you.
