What's up with the standings in ranked seasons???

I feel like the standings in ranked seasons are confusing. From what I can tell the standings are based on player rating for example I am 25-13 with a 601 rating. When you scroll through the different divisions, minors, all star, pennant race etc, I have a different rank for each regardless what division I am currently playing in. But for example I'm like 14000 in all star division (even though I'm in wildcard division) and the top 10 will be filled with guys with records like 14-4 or 18-6. And sometimes have a lower ranking than me too. I don't get it....

Anyone have any clue how they are determined
