What gives?

Why are the coaches white faced (painted white) or their heads chopped off (horzontally). It been a new development the last couple of times. I took screen shots but don't know how to get them off ps5 to here, not sure I can even do it.

I just noticed this happening in RTTS when I use the "Play Next Game" button in a series, which I had previously avoided doing after 1.05 because I heard there were quite a few bugs/crashes when not returning to clubhouse between games. Sure enough, the third base coach had an all-white face, as though no texturing/coloring was done to the facial model at all, one of my bench coaches had the top half of his head placed in front of the bottom half, and then the game crashed. This happened twice in consecutive attempts at the exact same series.
In both instances, I was using a two-way player who was the designated hitter in the first game, then the starting pitcher in the next.

I am only using the one player right now, I have a two player, but this happened when I use one. I shut the game off and restarted, it seems to be ok now!
