So as I understand , when a baseball hits the yellow foul pole or the top of the wall on the yellow marker that’s considered a home run right ? Even if it bounces back into the field of play?

Same as if it lands on the foul line but not over, it's a fair ball.

I've bounced a few off those poles.

If it hits the foul pole it is a homer, if it hits the top of the wall on the yellow and bounces back it is not a homer.

The yellow on the top of the wall is still in play. It's part of the field still technically.
