Tom glavine parallel glitch?

I’ve got Tom Glavine to parallel II. It’s not showing he’s boosted on the front of the card like all of the others. Is this a glitch? Is he actually getting parallel bonus?

Came across the same thing last night. Still shows as a 96 without the bonus
