Repeatable Tally Innings

Nice they changed this to 10 team affinity points.
I don't understand how it's calculated though. I had Turner come in to pinch hit and Bauer went two innings on the mound and after a conquest win I got zero NL West affinity.
2 at bats Buxton and 2 at bats Konerko gave me +10 towards my AL central innings total.
3 at bats Biggio, 3 at bats Franco and 2 at bats Vlad gave me +10 for AL east.
How are these calculated? Appears to be much like XP where you are just given a number which has no reference to anything.

Defensive innings are counted. Not offensive

But they also don't seem to Roll Over. So, say you needed 1 inning to Hit 250 and you've got 1 player for that affinity in your lineup. After the 250th is recorded. The additional 2 (In a conquest Game) are not recorded.

Excellent, thank you very much.
Going to test with an all Braves lineup. That should be +27 after 3 innings in the field.

Correct. Last year I would do a lot of one team lineups to grind Team affinity and when it got down to like 5-10 left, I’d use just pitchers or just a catcher. Seemed easier to calibrate last year as they showed all the innings, and when you rolled over. Doesn’t seem like they are showing when you finish it this year.

Oh, I noticed. 10 points is much better than 5. As it was, it was far more work to accumulate team innings than it was to mindlessly grind showdown ( and I hate showdowns and moments). At five it was going to take like what seemed forever; at 10 at least you can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

The boost in points makes me think that season 2 will probably come end of the month or early june.
