Two Pitches

I've been playing both RTTS and DD since launch and have used my CAP in both modes. I picked the two-way path at start but I only have two pitches, a 4-seam fastball and a change-up, and zero stats for velo, break, or control. I've deleted my saves and tried everything even playing it out to level up and nothing. Any suggestions?
