BUG REPORT: Guard Lines not working

Bug report: can’t do INF guard lines in late innings
In DD Ranked Season games I cannot do Guard lines in late inns.
It worked for me in the 6th or 7th (can’t remember exactly) but definitely in the 8th and 9th inn when I really wanted it, the players did not move to Guard Lines.
I can access the Defensive menu, and scrub thru the options, Guard Lines shows, up, but the players do not move to Guard line positions .
BTW will there be a dedicated BUG REPORTING Topic as in previous years here? or on Operationsports.com?
