Has anyone that had their cards disappear, got their cards back?

I submitted a ticket for my missing Player Program Mickey Mantle over a week ago. I’ve received no response other than the initial generated email. I have not received my card back.
I know some of you on here have posted about losing cards, and some are high dollar cards.
Has SDS returned any missing cards yet?

Nope. Haven't heard a peep since I submitted to support. Not even an automated reply saying they got it. REALLY frustrating.

My ticket was submitted for the same issue on April 23rd. They responded saying that they are aware of the issue and that the ticket was being sent to a developer.

Nothing and no replies either other than the generated email for my Trout that disappeared. That said, it’s not been 5 business days for me yet so...

I was wondering the same thing. I would expect that there is a pretty large queue of requests that have been submitted, but at this point I don't believe that I have seen anyone posting that they actually received lost items (stubs, packs, collections, xp, etc..). It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

If stupid people would stop submitting 10+ tickets for the same thing, maybe wouldn’t be so clogged up

Still waiting for a response on my 42 series Gallo. The odd thing is, I had the card on my bench so I can still use it on that squad. Just can't collect it or add it to any other roster. I can't collect the 99 Jackie until it gets resolved either. Frustrating.

Want to make sure this topic doesn't fall off the radar. I have seen so many posts of folks who have reported issues, but I have not yet seen a post of anyone confirming that their issue with lost/missing items had been resolved. The initial auto-response is the only updates that I have seen posted thus far.

i had bumgarner on my sp line up and this morning he is gone
