Cant connect to online game

Every time I try and play an online game in DD, events ranked seasons or BR, it doesn't work and I get a message saying "challenged failed" it's been happening to me since the alpha and I've tried everything. Restarted my internet closed and reopened the app tried at different times of day and deleted and redownloaded the game but it still doesn't work. Anyone have any solutions for this?
