Is the quicksell glitch throwing off the market?

Seems that on players just added there are FAR more sell now orders than normal that are not clearing. Also it seems like my buy orders aren’t filling as normal. Embree on the reds is impossible to buy at the moment.
Is this due to the issue and things going to quick sell instead of to an open sell order?
