Many of us have purchased cards and locked them in for LS collections. Those cards later disappear from our inventory (I've had this issue).
I contacted SDS about it, they asked for me to screenshot the emailed receipts. I didn't get receipts for purchasing cards in the market....duh.
So I'm out too, lots of us are.

What if you sent them screenshots of your completed orders? Could that help?
The orders don't show up in transactions. I bought two of those Space 2 packs as well. Got rare tier and base tier.
When I logged in the next day, I didn't have either of those guys, and it said I had purchased 0/2 space packs. The game literally erased everything we did, but kept our stubs.

I think people are overreacting with this class action lawsuit BS, but you need to change your mindset brother. It's not about you or me and "what do I get out of it", such a lawsuit doesn't evolve around you and your wallet. It evolves around the things mentioned above.

Respectfully, no I don't. I'm a realist. A class action suit is absurd. That is what I was referring to. Do I think they need to fix their act? Yes. Do I think a class action suit would lead to accountability and better business practices more effectively than if done by their customers refusing to use their product/spend another dime/minute on the game? Absolutely not. The monetary gain is the only incentive to a class action suit and I was trying to let people know how miniscule it would be.

If Sony is being hit with class action after class action they might stop and think maybe its time to cut ties with SDS. The game is unplayable like 60% of the time and when you can actually login, the menu lags and you get the unhandled server error. Gameplay is wonky and stiff as well. Double XP is a farce. I really wish Sony would give other developers a chance.
