I lost Trout yesterday from my inventory (still waiting on support to get him back). Was just going thru collections, collected some uniforms, got me a couple pack, low and behold I pulled Trout!!!

Having lost cards a couple days back and submitting a ticket: Don't hold your breath. I don't think SDS is even acknowledging this as an issue, let alone rectifying it.
