My players disappeared

I have a clip of me taking off 86 ryan mcmahon and 87 jd martinez my team and when I went to community market it says I didnt have those cards anymore. It literally just disappeared from my account.

I've had the same thing happen. Happened to me a couple of nights ago. I submitted a ticket to SDS about it and haven't heard anything back at all. The super frustrating thing is that they're not even in my opened pack history, so my expectation is that I won't be getting squat.
