Collections not counting

I completed the Phillies and Mets collection and received Franco and oswalt. When I went to lock them in for Glavine they were both gone. As I went back to check and see the Mets and Phil’s to see if they just didn’t lock in I realized it says collection completed and when I took Harper, Degrom, lindor, realmuto and Nola out of my lineup they were removed from my collection as well and it says collection completed still. Did not get stubs for any of the above and I have the NL done but can’t lock in Glavine to get Soriano since I don’t have Franco or oswalt. Anyone experience something similar?

Plenty of people have reported missing players. Join the club. I lost Trout this morning after buying him last night. Sent a ticket, will wait and see what happens. Took pictures as proof and sent it

Yep, I had the same issue with the Phillies. Filed a report, they asked for a receipt. I have no idea what they are doing over there, but ok. I'm missing players, not purchased stubs.

So we’re now supposed to take pictures of every player you purchase or collect? This is just a joke. It’s actually deterred me from playing any further. What is the point if accomplishing things gets you nothing.

The same thing is happening to me. 93Bob Feller isnt anywhere. This means I can't unlock chipper.
II've been playing at 10 years, but I've never been like this before and I'm disappointed.
It's hard to keep a mind to play The Show.
I don't want stub back,I only want the item back. -
Same happened to me almost two weeks ago. Submitted a request last monday. No answer still. Missing Hoffman so I can't get Chipper.

I got an email response to players I locked in but am now missing.
They asked me to email them my receipt.....Support is as sad as the severs themselves.
I stopped playing 2K due to issues and came to SDS. Unless things get fixed for ALL of us quickly, I won't be playing the show in the future either.
