Low Frame Rate and Lag on Xbox One

Has anyone else on the Xbox One experiencing low frame rate at certain times in game or the game being choppy overall. I have it from the Game Pass and I don't know why it is happening. I have seen stuff on Reddit about changing tv setting to game mode but I play on a monitor so idk what to do.
