Have you come across an 'accurate and updated' set of rosters that you would recommend for downloading?
Same request for a good set of sliders?

I always go with the current rosters ... as they are the most up to date rosters, they get updated once a week though once you start RTTS any real world acquisitions or trades won’t show up. As for sliders, that really depends on your game style and preferences...just start adjusting them until you find your sweet spot.
