Custom leagues cross play

I am trying to play custom leagues or even DD with PS users as I have an Xbox but the "ready up" button stays locked and it never lets us play. Other friends say they do not have issues, yet here I am.

I have already ensured crossplay is activated on my profile as well as on my Xbox. Also, I have linked my account on theshow.com

We are having this exact same issue. Seems like the PlayStation users in the league can play eachother but the Xbox users can’t play the PlayStation members.

I have the same problem with my friends on PlayStation. I am on Xbox one x and it won’t even let me play a regular game against them or a league game. I bought the game to play with them and now I can’t even do that.
