Everyone getting 100% of their XP now?

I noticed early last night I was in everything including conquest, vs. CPU etc.
It was giving 80-90% initially (up from about 25-50% the last several days) and then if I checked back 5 min. or so later there was more added making it 100%

No, last night I did the Huston Street moments and played 1 Ranked Seasons game but my XP didn't move at all.
