Cloud save doesn’t show up after linking accounts?

For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to link and unlink my account. The issue seems to be fixed for me as I can now unlink my accounts and link them again when I want. There’s only one issue, my cloud save from MLB the Show 20 on my PS4 won’t show up after being linked to my the show account to my series x. When you link your PS account it asks which to use, your PS or mlb the show last online. My PS option for some reason only shows 2018 as last date online even though I’ve played games online since then and have played mlb the show since then. Then the mlb the show account option shows last online April this year. I put in another ticket to see if I can be helped. If you know how to make cloud save show up on another console please try to help me!
